North Western Toronto OHT is hosting our second Annual Community Wellness Fair.

Date and time: Saturday, September 30 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Location: Corner Commons (1911 Finch Ave W – Southeast corner of Jane and Finch Mall)

The Jane-Finch Centre, the North Western Toronto Ontario Health Team, Black Creek Community Farms, and the Black Entrepreneurship Alliance are hosting a Community Wellness Fair on Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 11:00 am-4:00 pm. The fair will be taking place at Corner Commons located in the parking lot of Jane Finch-Mall (1911 Finch Ave W, North York, ON M3N 2V2).

Our fair will be a family-friendly event that will offer free activities, giveaways, and food for the community! Additionally, we will have a variety of local businesses selling tasty snacks, and community agencies that deliver health and social care to share more about their services.
